From all that I read in computer magazines, Diamond made an excellent PC graphics card...so I bought one. Wow..I sure am disappointed with the product and tech support!! This one particular product really turned out to be garbage. And so it goes... the word will get around and the next thing you know sales will be down 15%...perhaps consumers can sense a company's impending problems before the investors?
