Paul, You might be interested that BXM was halted this morning. I assume it was requested by the company so that they would have a chance to respond to the bad press they received in the Globe today. The Indonesian Government is investigating allegations made by PT Askatindo Karya Mineral that it was not included as a partner in the property on which the Busang South-east gold discovery was made. Until these outstanding issues are resolved, the licence for Bre-X will not be signed. Legal opinion obtained by Walsh stated that these claims are without merit. FYI...laima
