Mark-- This is news to me... thanks for posting the information. Off the cuff, I do suspect TCI (TCOMA) is involved. I mean it really does smell like a 600 hundred pound gorilla is somewhere nearby. TCI buys a lot of cable from ANTEC; has maintained an equity position in TSXX. Who benefits? Probably the 600 hundred pound gorilla. I've been buying TCOMA stock off and on for the past five years. Lots of dips= lots of buying opportunities, and now I own too many shares for the desired balanced portfolio. But: My bet is on TCOMA being seriously undervalued. Sorry, I didn't mean to make this a TCI commercial. I've considered buying ANTEC on numerous occassins. I fear this development makes me a little late. Regards, Paul
