Joshua, information about insider trading is publicly accessible, and has been discussed in the main Iomega thread. That's the thread with over 8,000 responses, entitled "Any info on IOMG? Share price too high?"
Actually, both of your concerns are addressed within the last couple hundred responses on that thread.
There is no evidence that insiders are "dumping" their shares. And yes, Iomega is teaming up with Intel, Motorola, Texas Instruments, Adaptec and Symbios Logic.
Check out that big thread. There's a lot of noise, but a lot of good information, too.
