No, Exponential is not publicly held. And you are right... this is wwww. techSTOCKS.com. However, last I checked, privately held companies were able to utilize stocks for their shareholders. It is fascinating, however, to follow companies which will probably become publicly traded and which may make a tremendous impact on technological developments, the economy and culture. I.e., does BeOs (of Apple's former Executive Jean Louis Gassee's Be Inc) have any potential here? It is my understanding that this is a privately held company that Apple is talking about buying. If BeOs teams with Exponential and Apple, how will this new level of computer performance affect the industry (and publicly traded stocks)?
