Merle Goertz: Thank's for the Nevada information and the News.
I see by the News that a Oil and Gas project was or will be written off, I did not know
of that project. I am looking forward to there work on this new project as the management
seemed of the highest in character. It was for this reason that I purchased the stock in the company,
as a long term investment.

I again thank you for the corrections in my starting the thred. Im Looking forward to more
information on the company and ideas as they come available to you or anyone who knows more
of this firm. Do you know the total shares issued and what the est. float may be, at
this time?
