Thom,

Bollinger Band theory is very difficult to apply to this type of stock. It is a OTCBB listed stock that trades away from the "normal" guidelines of Small Cap & NMS companies.

The stock has been performing well and I expect it to continue through $1.00. Keep a close eye on it.
