Geoff,

As I mentioned in my former emails, I was happy with their service
except recent 1 or 2 months. I think Schwab has some problems
after Nasdaq use new SEC rules. I hope Schwab to fix the problems.

I got very good deal in Schwab's commission because of heavy
trading. That is why I want Schwab to improve the system
instead of just walking out. I am planing to move parts of
the asset to other brokerage firm.

To All,

please don't take personel. Let's focus on facts and your
judgement, as well as, how to pass our concerns to Schwab
effeciently.
