John, YES I am VERY pleased with the service.. I had two drop out problems during the first two months. (The service outage lasted about 30 Minutes each) when I called tech support they conducted some tests of signal strength and decided to send a technician out to change the "engineering" of the cable in my building. The building I am in has 20 units and at least six of the offices/residences have cable modems in addition to their regular cable TV. Since they were out to fix the problem I have been rock solid. John I am a daytrader and use the service 8hr per day for my live level 2 market data feeds. The PowerLink service is fundamental to my success. I must disclose that I am so impressed with the cable modems and ADLAC that I bought ADLAC for my long-term account. Looking at the chart for ADLAC today it looks like a good entry point. Good Luck -- go long!
