If you haven't checked the Yahoo thread, here is a little insight as to why the stock keeps going down.......

"If you did your research you would know that the terms of the "toxic financing" done under the now former head of Novavax is why the stock cannot rise. Mitch Kelly, who was on the Board that approved the financing is the interim head of the company. Until a new COO is installed and the Board is run by individuals with a stock interest in the company, the "toxic financing" with not be bought out. News is
nice, but only allows the Diaz group to execute warrants at a low price and sell then on the open market at a higher price. The Diaz group has 6 million in warrants by dollar value. Watch for a new C.O.O. to be named and a change in the Board. If this occurs the next move will be to remove the "toxic financing" deal. After that,
lisencing agreements will follow. Be smart, do your research. Call Novavax and ask Brenda Fugalli why she O.K'd such an incredibly amateur deal."

And ............

"Call the Chairman Ron Walker at 202 955 0937 or call Mitch Kelley, Acting temporary CEO (thank God) at 212 698 9600 who as a hedge fund manager and board member acted as a self-described advisor on the deal for the board. It is my understanding he is also the one who introduced the Diaz group to NOX. Also ask them why they didn't use an investment banker who was experienced in these matters and could have protected the shareholders from this possibly negligent
transaction?

You could also ask them if this was the only group that offered to discuss a financing at that time and if all other avenues were explored?"

Bro got suckered in at 2 1/4. This baby is just going to tank until something is done about it....He says "If it ain't FAMH, it's NOX".
