Hot new of DACQ Dynamic American Announces $1 Million Financing NOVATO, Calif., May 21 /PRNewswire/ -- Dynamic American Corporation (Nasdaq-Bulletin Board: DACQ) is pleased to announce that its operating subsidiary, Operaciones Metallurgicas, has obtained financing in the amount of $1,000,000. The financing is part of a joint venture transaction with a German corporation. In the transaction the German concern obtained a minority interest in the Company's tin smelter in Bolivia. The transaction is complete and initial payments have been received by the Company's subsidiary in Bolivia. The capital has been and shall continue to be invested by the Company in its smelting operations and mining properties. Investment of capital from this transaction has resulted in revenue at the Company's smelter tripling from $2,000,000 to $6,000,000 annually.
