1) An exclusive (likely) with one of two fortune 100 is currently under discussion WRT the light chip memory chip.

2) A very important patent has now been allowed and will issue around the end of Jan/2006. It will rival any of the NNPP existing patent portfolio in importance. When that patent issues all will be revealed. Potential market involves $MMMs. Deals possible in mid 2006.
