So far you are right on and it is good for you
and bad for me ;(. I think you do have some
good points but I disagree:
1. Insider selling is not always a good indicator.
While insider buying usually can give investors some
good lead, selling is tough to follow. May be he is
ready to retire, may be he has other personal plan.
I mention his retirment because he did indicate the
current COO is likely to be his successor once he
retires (last week IBD). The current COO is the mastermind
behind the past 2 years growth (again from last week IBD).
2. 1300 stores is lot of stores, however, their same
store sales have been increasing more than 10% month
after month. I am more interested to know that we have
the biggest pre-teen to teen age population in US (bigger
than the baby boomer) and more than 50% are female. So what?
If CLE remains competitive (which I believe it will), it has
a VERY strong customer base. In addition, I also believe UK
will be helping the bottom line this year. Japan may be an
unknown at this time.

I think you will be making pretty good profit in the short
term. I hope I will be right in the longer term (a year or so).
It seems like $17 may not hold (in the short term).

Good luck.
