Max, when I study a new company, I go to Edgar and see their latest S-3, if they have one, I worry, then I read it, from there I follow DD's advice. Mind you, the wunderkids on the street are becoming more and more creative, they have time bombs (HEC), they have "conditional" floorless (VLNC which become a "toothless floorless" if a "material" event occurs) and then they have the variety of discount to market. They also have "leaky floorless" which are in essence line s of credit convertible to stock in a flootless manner (like TTRIF). Zeev
