ended July to $1.70 from $1.56; raised his fiscal 2002 EPS
estimate to $2.20 from $2.14; raised his fiscal 2003 EPS
estimate to $2.80 from $2.73.

'02/$2.20-'01/$1.70=.50 - 30% growth in eps. (.50/1.7)

30PE x $1.70 '01 earnings = $49.3, hence $50 short term target

30PE x $2.20 '02 earnings = $66.0, hence $65 long term target. (from today's price - upside 175% if long term target reached)
