Silence is golden! At least for now while Short Pumper is in SI jail. If he continues his tactics, it may land him next to Anthony of Pacific who turns himself into Club Fed for securities violations in Feb. 2001 (?).

I wonder if Dr. Levitt would be interested in Short Pumper's actions. For those not familiar with one of Dr. Levitt's latest causes, he's trying to curtail securities abuse via the net. I believe what SP has been doing falls under this category.

If he were smart, his tactics would be qualified by statements that he has a position/interest in this or that security. This is why you see folks at CNBS and CNN cite they are owned by parent companies GE and Time Warner, respectively when they talk about those stocks.
