Jim, I found nothing in the articles and analysis concerning dumping. The concession that I read is the use of US technology to build nuclear power plants. Clinton and Jiang disagreed on dissenters, China joining the World Trade Organization and the general issue of democratization. The tone of the meeting was described by one observer as mutual intransigence. As I said before, given the fact that big labor is Clinton's major political ally he would be a fool to agree to dumping.
