<BTW- This is a piss poor management team and that will seal its fate in the long run. I'm playing this for a 4-6 week play and I'm out.> The CSCC merger really undermined my respect for mgt. Their strategic wisdom was not obvious. I think that they paid too much because they were overly concerned about the competitive environment. Had they waited a while, CSCC could have been had for a fair price. Would appreciate a review of all of their foopahs. Maybe we can somehow take some kind of action that will prevent the board from continuing to give these losers repriced options that they don't deserve.
