The whole thing is really stupid. The POTUS has the right to fire all 93 or so of them if he/she wants. For any reason.

The Dems are trying to cause more trouble, and obviously are forgetting that we are at War, and have many more important things for the President and the Congress to do than hyperventilate about small meaningless crap.

President Bush has gone farther than any other President, in allowing another Branch of the 3 parts of our Government to even talk to his employees.

I wonder what would happen if the Administration decided they wanted to talk to the staff of every single Dem in the US House? Under oath, and with a transcript available....

I see that as the same thing.

The Justice Department evidently will be sworn in (what ever that means to most of the LeftLeaningLibs).... The Justice Department is not a direct report to the President.
