WLD, How do you think that NPEC/Metroplus should go about to guarantee the QoS necessary for reasonable voice transmission?

Do you have a back ground in telephony? If you do hopefully you can shed some light on how they might accomplish this. Also,how might you think they would and could build a network or rely on leasing one.

Do you know anything about Gateways and how they might work. I believe that this a major component in VoIP. I am just starting to increase my knowledge in this area.
