Peat is very valuable! I tried to buy a lot here in Vegas today....accessed value 65-77K...it sold for 142K where's the bargain? It was a Treasury Auction sale. It was sweet but not that sweet! Vegas is hot! when I moved here an acre went for about 30K now 60-90K. in-god-we-trust.com
