Jim, you can take any factor you choose, but IMO it should be between 3 and 10. If 10 times the shares you counted is only 2 or 3 times the number of share reported outstanding, then floorless isn't a problem. If the multiplied count is 5 or more time the outstanding then we probably have a floorless. Just my opinion.
