Who would be stupid enough to build a manufacturing plant in Washington or California?

Forget manufacturing. What about all the small service-oriented businesses (mine included)? We have 5 employees, and if any one of them were to be out for 5 weeks paid (on top of the paid vacation and sick time we already provide) we'd have a problem.

This is what you get when you have majority Dem house and senate in the Statehouse.
