FWIW,

Feuerstein on Realmoney.com is saying that MLNM has halted a phase 2 trial w/ Velcade in colon cancer. MLNM spokesperson says it's for a pre-planned interim efficacy analysis. Results of analysis will be made public next week at JPM conference.

But, sources tell Feuerstein that the trial was halted because Velcade was ineffective in colon cancer, i.e, the study failed.

If trading is choppy today, you'll know why.
