Corel describes Apple, Apple describes Corel

From a business standpoint, the problem is simple.
Management. As I've said before, when you have a
losing team full of stars, fire the coach. The
infractions: disrespect for the players, dishonesty
with the public, too flashy and too focused on the
abstract.

What will the stock price do? Not so simple. Assuming Cowpland
will forever manage the company, I wouldn't pay
more than a couple bucks. With margins this thin, I'd
want a price less than 1/2 sales. But what's it worth to
capable management looking for a vehicle?

This has got to be one of the most over-analyzed and
emotional companies going for non-upstart with no profits.
Reminiscent of Apple to be sure.

Good Investing,
Mike
