I had heard that he had sold some stock about a month ago (can't recall the source). He may have sold for variety of reasons and not necessarily due to bad news. He may have needed cash for whatever reason (to include living expenses, taxes, etc). Considering he has I believe 900k shares +- 60k is not alot of shares.
