Regarding Kubota (not Kubata) Corp. - They are an affiliated "person" required to file form 144 on all sales. They must also advise who (whom?) they plan to sell through (in their last report it was Nomura Securities Int'l. Inc.) All sales must be reported, ie. hit the "ticker". Why do you think Andy might be right, and why do you think Kubota Corp. would sell at prices up to six points below market?
