Kawamoto, one of Japan's richest men, said he plans to open eight of his 22 Kahala homes to needy Hawaiian families. I don't follow much local news-don't like to hear what they are up to-so I missed this. It sure sounds like he is trying to bust some neighborhoods. I can imagine what will happen when these Polynesians move in all their relatives.
