Freeport made their initial comments based on ? holes (I believe it was six). They are also saying that they are sticking to their guns on their results. Rumors etc.. aside, even if they in fact had bad results wouldn't it be prudent to do further testing (ask for an extension) before you throw the baby out with the bathwater ? IMHO
