I'm looking forward to TAL coming off that halt. The AGM is on Jan. 24 and there is still a rumor of a big wireless deal to be announced. Should be a great MOMO stock over the next couple of weeks and with a really low float we should see lots of movement for playing. You mentioned that they boosted up the PP from 1.3 to 1.6 million shares. Look at the release on Dec. 29/99 on the CNDX T. Barry Coughlan, President of Tri Alpha Investments Ltd. is pleased to announce that the Company proposes to complete a non-brokered private placement in the amount of 1,000,000 units at a price of $0.30 per unit, subject to regulatory approval. That means they have boosted the PP up twice and the Directors took all of it down at the market price (without any discount). Also, they have done two private placements already this year and have Yorkton as a Sponsor. They should be no way they need one this time. Think we might want to start a thread on TAL since I think we are going to see this story evolve and don't want to clutter up Ed's thread and piss him off <ggg> PHPI
