Recalling the 2000 debacle, it may be that the GOP is simply planning to reallocate dollars to places where actual votes will be counted Assuming the economies inherent in states where you control the counting mechanisms Florida and Ohio, probably Wisconsin spring to mind as states that won't require nearly as much marketing effort for the GOP to "win" Their Republican administrations can handle those pesky tabulating chores with an eye to the desired outcome...
