Ken,

I don't use QP Virtual files every day but WOW 6.5 did create a chart for me when I did the following:
1)File\new\chart
2)change to my qp virtual files
3)select a security

Hope this help.

As to help from WOW it may be worth a try. I believe the only reason we got the patch/upgrade to WOW 5.0 is because of the take over by Omega Research they saw a need to keep their customers.
