I am happy to hear that Intel always goes up when you go to Ocean City. I hope you have a great time there.

It is really great to see you as I was starting to get a bit worried the last few days not seeing you around.

I did not realize that I was posting the twenty thousandth post when I did it as I should have let you be the one to do that. I will do what I can to let you be 25000 poster.

Yes it is nice that things are getting better here with regard to the fires. I only wish that we could get a real good rain and that this drought would end soon.

I saw an article in the paper today about a book called The Arthritis Cure written by Jason Theodasakis, Barry Fox and Brenda D. Adderlly ( Griffin Trade Paperback $11.95) which lays out a program of exercise, diet and glucosamine and chondrotin. The book has sold more than 1.4 million copies and the regiment has supposedly helped lots of people. From what I gather those supplements help to grow more cartilage and help to slow the destruction of cartilage. That is part of the reason for the pain is that the cartilage has been destroyed and bone is rubbing against bone. It sounds like it is worth checking this all out. Good luck.
