LOLOL, AOL when I cancel this sales, well lets just say woman, wouldn't let me off the phone. I said I was getting cable and didn't need AOL, she said you need it for the security, she said I will let you continue for 2 months for free and if you don't like the security package then that will be ok and we will shut down your account. I said ok, because I had to leave my office , 3 days later I get a bill for the whole year. I wrote every 4 letter word that I knew on that bill in red capital letters and faxed it back to them. I got an apology letter a week or two later and that was that.
