Larry: Your model seems quite correct in my opinion. You could try and put in "guesses" as to turning points by looking at prior zones of accumulation and distribution and use these as your turning points. Right now, particularly if MU doeas not get more than about $.35/share next week, this resistance zone is around 33-35. In any event, I do not expect the next up chanel to get it above $40 by much. You can put me down as a bear alright, with a lousy estimate of about $.30 for the quarter. Zeev
