You forgot to mention the overwhelming stress experienced by Gore and his family when Al "lost" the election. Since then Bush Jr. has been called many names including "Dubya" and "Post Turtle" amongst many others, including "moron". At first I didn't know what "Dubya" meant. I mistakenly thought it meant "Dubious Winner of the Election". But a Texan assured me it meant double V (or is it W?). Well, it has been quite a while.
