I agree in part. Procter & Gamble does not announce each new supermarket in which they get shelf space. But P&G also does not announce "really big news" and then omit the newsworthy part. This is not good PR. TSIS could have provided the information very effectively in the following fashion. "TSIS announces that its roster now includes <fill in number> of companies. For competitive reasons, many of TSIS's clients do not wish to have their names published, and TSIS respects their wishes. These <number from above> will bring TSIS's revenues to <amount> with a <percent> margin. Thus you salvage the key element of publicly announcing the margin rates without "announcing the unannouncable".
