Alltel rep something similar at the GS conference on Wednesday. They said that their Boomerang service could only breakeven at their offerred rates and that they were using it to attract customers and sell them a higher tariff service.

I am not surprised to hear that from VZ and AT. they both have much higher cost structures than Leap does.
