Instead of the Fix Uncovered, why don't you do The Bill Clinton and Paula Jones Story. As was said on another thread, Bill was just trying to see if she was interested in a position on his staff.
Maybe in your movie version Bill can offer Paula shares in Winspear if she takes the aforementioned position, but when it's all over with, she see's that the certificates are in Ashton and not Winspear, so she sues.
You could play the state trooper or Bill.
In the second half of the movie, Paula drops her lawsuit when Winspear goes from 4.55 to 1.17 and Ashton shoots ahead. But at the end, she finds herself destitute when Ashton fails to prove anything significant and Winspear goes to 12 on great news.
The last scene can feature a group grope scene with Diamond Willie, the winner of the June contest, Slick Willie, Paula, deGuzman's ghost, the president of Delgratia, the IR person from Ashton, and Hillary.
Just give me a 10% cut for the idea.
