The NewsBusters Weekly Recap: March 17 to 23
Posted by Scott Whitlock on March 24, 2007 - 09:22.

This week, the media greeted Al Gore's global warming testimony as though Moses had delivered it on stone tablets (Or some secular equivalent). Katie Couric, on her web blog, touted Gore's "triumphant" return.

The "Today" show called the former Vice President a "warrior for climate change."

During the global warming testimony, a Democratic Senator verbally attacked her Republican colleague. CNN anchor Don Lemon, displaying his bias for all of America, blurted, "Good for her."

Barbara Walters continued to tout her sycophantic interview with the "warm" and "friendly" dictator of Venezuela, Hugo Chavez. She even discussed the topic with her liberal cohorts on "The View."

Speaking of the ABC talk show, Roise O'Donnell had the nerve to tell Elisabeth Hasselbeck, the program's token conservative, that she couldn't just "blather" her opinions.

NBC's "Today" greeted the fourth anniversary of the Iraq War with typical gloom and pessimism. They even played insurgent propaganda.

Finally, it's probably not surprising to know that Dan Rather loves liberal comedians.
