Donald...The TSE should be the ones to get their asses sued, if they would have used common sense and halted the stock till everything was clarified...people would not have lost their money...they can say what they want but they must shoulder the blame for this.... How would it look in a court of law if a lawyer gave proof that stocks were halted for long periods by the TSE or other exchanges and they refused BXM requested to have it halted......Sue their asses...go for the jugular....IMO they are incompetent and deserve everything that happens to them....I trust they have lots of insurance.
