Survey: Microsoft plays fair news.com So, here's the article for those who want to check it out unfiltered by the elusive context of the Mind of Reg(TM). A counterquote sans bold highlighting of "the TRUTH": Still, a majority of those polled consider Microsoft to be a monopoly and said that that regulators should continue their investigation of the company. The poll also casts computer users as "passive recipients of computer technology," as the Times put it. More than half of computer users polled said they never have installed a software program. Of course, interested readers are free to get more details from the NYT article, but they're just trying to sell advertising.
