Kevin,

Some people either have money to burn or no sense or both.
I know a 21 year old fellow classmate with a big fat account at an
online broker that his father set up for him. He trades stocks at
a whim - if it's up he keeps it, if it's down he sells it. I asked
him if he looked at things like financials, the history of the company, it's brand equity, trends, you know that kind of useless
information. He said he couldn't care less. Enough said.
