jim, Have a good trip! The Asian markets are down a bit and the Globex futures contracts are down a bit, both S&P 500 Contract (about .85%) and the NASDAQ100 Contract (about .55%). So we're still on the downside a bit, but the selloff is clearly losing steam. Now I do not think we'll spring back until December because November is when the smart tax selling occurs in the US (to pass the 30-day limit to take a loss in 1997 and also reposition oneself before year's end in choice stocks) and we need to repair some technical damage. Thanks for noting TCGI- I intend to check it out! gang at this price and with the acquisition of cascade IMO Ascend is in serious possibility of being acquired... Sincerely, Doug F.
