Question for anyone that knows???

I have been looking at the tax part of CC's. This my take on it. Say I buy ZZZZ @ 35 a share. It seems smart tax wise to sell a 30 call and get called on it for tax reasons. You make the great premium which is taxed as reg income and take a loss on the stock for a write off. Or at least write a 35 dollar call and break even and make a great premium. Any thoughts on a better way or some tax things I do not know???? Just trying to limit the tax problem of sort term gains......

Thanks,

-drenko
