As a long time, disgusted owner, I say, "WHY EVEN BOTHER with new shares?"

This is a stupidly run company that cannot sell water to desert dwellers. It has demonstrated no marketing skills, except to sell private placements and secondary offerings to dupes.

To my fellow shareholders: Put your share certificates (or reports about SALV from your brokers) in a box; bury the box in your back yard; and get on with your life. Otherwise you might develop an ulcer.

Even if every thing the company says is true, the stock will still sink because the company is run by idiots.

I wish I could sell, but I must wait for a year when I have huge trading profits to make use of the loss that would be generated by selling this piece of dreck stock at its current levels.
