I have retrained it not to demand fat; but not not to love it.

My HDL's are AMAZINGLY GOOD. My cholesterol is 167, which isn't absolutely marvelous but is fine; but the HDL ratio is a little over 2, about half the average, which my doctor, the one with good grammar and a sense of humor, says is dynamite.
