jpmac, Way cool! Thanks for the Nash the Slash link. I think Grand Funk Railroad first did "We're an American Band". And Deep Purple made the blues scale known to all musically-challenged people like me with "Smoke on the Water". I'm glad you liked my dog story. It's a bastardized version from the Bhaavad-Gita. I thought I should "stir the pot" before I "left" AG. Of course, having "left" I find myself posting replies still... ha ha... what greater sin than hypocrisy, I know not. I wonder what would have happened during the black plague if Christ had been officially considered by the Church to be a cat-lover. Greg
