That article had KMI at 48% to go under. I was surprised because they seem to have less debt than many others and are mainly a NG pipeline instead of oil. Granted NG prices are low too but it is basically free money for the drillers since it is a byproduct of drilling that you can either pipe to market or flare on site. Would you rather just burn your money or accept trading it for less than par? Something is always better than nothing, especially when you aren't making much on your main product.
