Mohan:
Good to see DELL running neck and neck with CPQ and it will be soon that it will exceed CPQ.
RightLine Split Report says that DELL is due for a rebound either on Monday or Wednesday on a 3-5-8 Tactic. It is my understanding that when a stock dips as in the case of DELL, the stock rises after the dip, either on the 3rd day and if not the 5th day, and if not, the 8th day. That explains Monday or Wednesday rebound.
DELL's Bullish Signal: A full Parking Lot and Heavy Hiring,
The report as follows: For private use only

DELL will be releasing Q4 earnings on Tuesday, August 18th after the
market close. DELL shareholders approved an increase of the number of
authorized shares from 1 billion to 3 billion. It is widely expected
that a split announcement will come from DELL along with earnings.
However, until DELL announces their anticipated split in August, we
should continue to trade it using a disciplined approach. Counting
forward, we have 17 trading days until its anticipated split
announcement and earnings. As many analysts have felt Gateway's
shortfall in earnings will spill over into DELL's, DELL has reiterated
to analysts that their European/Asian sales are on the rise and the
internet is raking in a hefty $6 million in sales per day! Working
right behind DELL and taking a look at their parking lot (we have called this the parking lot tracking theory!), DELL doesn't look to be having many problems except parking. Pinstripe executives are walking a half a mile to get into the building. Cars are parked in the grass, anywhere they can fit. DELL is still hiring like gangbusters. When Mahesh drives past DELL headquarters and see executives driving their Beamers and parking in the dirt, we take this a bullish sign. Back to the stock. If DELL continues its slide, don't ride it down. Commissions are CHEAP! DELL will be back on its winning way in no time and its just a matter of days. Reviewing the chart tells us that it isn't unusual for DELL to have pullbacks that last several days. DELL has fallen FIVE days and our 3,5,8 tactic says it will rebound Monday or if not Monday, then Wednesday. Highly probable. Optionable.
